  1. Actually what they tell us is how much water our dishwashers can use. Some time ago, the amount of water they’re allowed to use was set so that they have to run much longer to get the dishes (not quite) as clean.

    So the current administration wants to roll back that rule so that they can go back to running faster, the way people like them. The incoming administration and the green industrial complex opposes that.

    1. Setting a national standard for water use is just as silly as a national minimum wage. Maryland and Arizona have completely different needs when it comes to water.
