Gorsuch v Shapiro

When SCOTUS recently ruled that Philadelphia could not exclude a Catholic adoption agency from its foster program just because the agency does not place children with gay couples, Ben Shapiro complained on his podcast that it was too narrow and could not be cited as precedent.

Looks like Gorsuch disagrees.
