I don’t like it when somebody takes a male character and puts a female in that role. E.g., a female Sherlock Holmes, or when people want to create a female James Bond. <\/p>\n
Write your own character!! Or are you saying that it’s impossible to make a compelling female character without borrowing a successful male character? Surely not. <\/p>\n
So when I saw that Netflix had a show about the first female lawyer in Italy — who was also a detective — I gave it a try. It’s called Lidia Poet. <\/p>\n
