When he’s not just making something up on the spot because it feels right, he might be plagiarizing somebody. <\/p>\n Now we have to deal with the additional factor that he’s showing signs of age-related … something. Maybe dementia<\/a>. <\/p>\n Playing fast and loose with the truth is nothing new for Biden.
