Tucker Carlson seems to have strong opinions relative to the riots and failed leadership.

Tucker seemed to be all over the place in this article. Some points seemed reasonable but others were so rhetoric-laden that I wondered if he actually believed what he was saying. Interesting note, he spoke about the hurt and anguish being caused by the riots. Yet, in his endless soliloquy he failed to express the same empathy for some key victims…George Floyd and his family. As well, he failed to criticize community leaders central in this matter…the police that murdered Mr. Floyd…the ones sworn to protect and serve. Tucker chided Houston’s police chief, Art Acevedo for some of his public comments, saying…” “imagine being arrested by this creep. Think you’d get a fair shake?” Yet, it’s highly probable that if those Minneapolis officers (creeps???) had done their job more humanely and effectively there likely wouldn’t have been any riots. Seems George Floyd didn’t get a fair shake from them.
Lastly, I wondered who he was referencing when he said: “The worst people in our society have taken control. They did nothing to build this country. Now, they are tearing it down. They are rushing us toward mass suicide”.
Fox and company keep trying to make you see racism as localized and individualized, whereas it is in fact a GLOBAL PROBLEM. I am glad that we have global information to confront it.
Yes, racism is a global problem, and China is one of the more racist countries.
China certainly plays a role. But that’s no excuse for the USA not getting its own house in order. European countries also need to up their game. They are not dictatorships as China most certainly is.
DEMOCRATIC PLATFORM: Arrest those who violate the lockdown. Arrest the police. Looters and rioters? Free pass!
