    “We will introduce legislation … to get America in a position at the federal level I think is fairly consistent with the rest of the world.     Wait! I thought the conservative talking point was to have the decision about abortion decided by the states and voters? Didn’t Graham get the memo? Or, was this the next step in a conservative strategy as a Senate Judiciary leader…manipulate the rules to gain two SCOTUS seats, pack the court with conservatives judges (who were misleading during their confirmation hearings), overturn Roe v. Wade and then institute a “federal” abortion ban? Maybe Trump was right…the system is “rigged”?
