The Dobbs decision is one for the ages

I’m not a lawyer, nor an expert on Supreme Court decisions, but I’ve read my share of court decisions over the years, and Alito knocks it out of the park on this one. It’s masterful. I expect law students will be reading this one for decades to come.

    1. I’ve seen a fair share of that sort of thing. It’s reminiscent of the “safe spaces” at universities — with coloring books and fainting couches and so on — for people who can’t tolerate the idea that someone has a different opinion than they do.
