The Justice Department needs to be unshackled from the administration and its political agenda. We don’t want a Republican Justice Department or a Democratic Justice Department. We want a Justice Department that enforces existing law.
I’m not positive how to get there, but for a start, perhaps it should be much easier to remove the Attorney General.

It’s likely the same reason why nothing was done by the previous administration when protests were held outside the homes of state election officials following the 2020 election (with the intent of changing election results). Some even received death threats. Others got pressure directly from the former president.
I’m not sure about the current problem but the previous problem was resolved by removing the President and his Attorney General.
