Pigweed and Crowhill say that Trump was reckless and should be prosecuted, but also say the Justice Department is clearly biased. It’s not an either / or question.

As for Trump’s guilt, it’s highly probable, given the evidence available and his own statements. Yet, he’s still presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Relative to the government, there’s always some political element involved. Yet, I wonder what evidence is there for those that say the DOJ has been weaponized against Trump? People are saying it…but how do they prove it?
So, what about Hillary??? Why is she a part of this discussion? There were three distinct investigations of Hillary and none of them found evidence that would warrant indictment. Interestingly enough…one of those investigations was conducted by the Trump Administration and they reported, “no persuasive evidence of systemic, deliberate mishandling of classified information”. Surely, if there was some basis for legitimate prosecution the Trump DOJ would have taken it. Given they didn’t, this discussion of Hillary sounds more like displaced whataboutism, partisanism and sour grapes than credible facts.
As far as Biden, the investigation is still ongoing and is led by a Trump appointed prosecutor as special counsel. So, how are people drawing conclusions about outcomes when the investigation is still ongoing?
The “real” issue in this matter of indictment isn’t about mishandling classified documents, it’s about the response. With Pence, Hillary and Biden, they all cooperated with government authority when there was a clear violation of protocol. Guess who didn’t? Could it be that’s why he’s be prosecuted? Just sayin’.
