Not surprising…given previous studies found that other segments within the labor force get overlooked in the job screening process too.
Yeah, I’d probably pass on anyone with pronouns other than “I” or “we”. If a grown man or woman who is obviously a grown man or woman tells me their pronouns, I think they’re nuts.
Only time it might be useful is if his/her name is Dale, Sean/Shawn, Leslie, etc… and I don’t have a picture. Honestly, I just want to know their capabilities. That pronoun BS is just friction.
