Wait! How long has John Kennedy been in government and crime is still a major issue in his state? Louisiana experienced the highest per-capita murder rate (15.8 per 100,000) among all U.S. states in 2020 for the 32nd straight year (1989–2020), according to The 2020 FBI Uniform Crime Report.
Hmm…after so many years and this is still an issue…maybe you ought not call John Kennedy when you get in trouble. You know what they say…doing the same thing expecting different results is…INSANITY! Could it be time to call a “crackhead”?
