  1. It sounds like Ronny Jackson is speaking as a Republican, not as a physician. Let’s see a proper assessment of Biden’s cognitive ability from someone who doesn’t have an ax to grind, better still from a team of such experts. Republicans merely playing politics means nothing.

    1. It is indeed a legitimate concern with a president of Biden’s age. If a petition signed by 350 psychiatrists and other mental-health professionals was sent to Congress (as was reported with our previous president), it might be legitimate to call for Biden’s resignation. Yet, as you noted, it appears the impetus is more political than medical. It’s hard to take them seriously when they had a credible swath of professionals raising such concerns about the previous president and they didn’t make such calls.

  2. The story was pretty obviously misleading from the beginning (check out the title), but it fit the narrative, so ….

  3. Well, that’s interesting. I read the article. Then saw @ronnyjacksontx being referenced. I thought… hmmm… that’s strange. I don’t see doctors usually referencing themselves that way. Well, I shouldn’t say “usually”… Truth is I have never seen a doctor reference himself that way. However, I have seen lots of politicians reference themselves that way. So, then I decided to google the handle… and lo and behold it belongs to a Republican congressman from Texas.

So now, you have to wonder if the doctor is giving his opinion as a doctor or as a cock sucking Republican? I figure it is the latter. In my estimation, it’s payback. Ronny put out some obvious bullshit when Trump was in office… Trump was 6’3” and weighed 239. That is obvious bullshit. No way he only weighed 239. Now, it’s mostly just a vanity lie for Trump, but Trump paid him back with an endorsement which in his TX district was close to guaranteeing a win. If you read the 2018 press conference, you’ll see that the “doctor’s” diagnosis was mostly a political statement.

I don’t know how you make a medical diagnosis like that without a personal examination or without the notes/charts of the person making an examination. It reminds me of the Fox News doctor Keith Ablow. He claimed Obama was a narcissist, and he also claimed that Trump was not a narcissist and that more children should aspire to be like Trump. Hell he even wrote a book about it.

It could be that all politicians have a touch of narcissism. But looking at Obama and Trump…would any honest person assess Trump to have less narcissism than Obama? Or Obama to be a narcissist and Trump not to be? Have any other cabinet in our time go out and praise “der leader” like Trump’s had to do?

It’s amazing how all these cock suckers want the country to do bad. Starts at the leader of the Repugs. What is bad for Biden is good for orange bozo. If more people die of Covid. Good for Trump. If problems with Putin, good for Trump.

It’s funny. When Covid hit, I was hoping Trump could rally the country together. I was disappointed. Unfortunately, he’s good at rallying his base, because it’s good for him.

You people disappoint me beyond belief. I hope you win your case because it’s woke bullshit. Have a good life.

Isn’t it interesting that when Democrats were making allegations of cognitive decline with Trump the typical Republican response was exactly as you stated…how could such at claim be taken credibly without a personal examination? That’s how they justified dismissing the serious concerns of 350 mental health professionals…inclusive of Trump’s niece. Now, they seem to accept such an allegation hook, line and sinker by someone that hasn’t personally examined Biden and has a political ax to grind. You have to wonder if they are the ones in mental decline for accepting an allegation they recently rejected. Yet, it’s not surprising….it fits the narrative. The inclination to believe strikes again!

  4. QUOTE: Yes, he should resign, but only after Kamala Harris is replaced.

How would propose Vice President Harris be replaced? On what Constitutional grounds?

    1. Besides, the replacement for Kamala Harris would be the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi no less!

      1. Sounds like Hillary Clinton (the right’s boogieman) and Nancy Pelosi (the boogieman’s sister) “might” be acceptable under these circumstances. As you recall, the right had a rumor that Harris wasn’t eligible to be US VP. Isn’t it interesting that both Obama and Harris had that same sort of speculation? In fact, Trump said, “she could never be the first woman President. That would be an insult to our country”. As well, “if a woman is going to become the first president of the United States, it can’t be her. That would rip our country apart.”. So, you can see this would be a matter great urgency for some on the right. Yet, the question remains “how” would they propose to constitutionally replace her?

      2. The Speaker of the House is not the replacement for the Vice President. There is no succession to the Vice Presidency. If the President and VP both die or are otherwise unable to perform their duties at the same time, the Speaker succeeds to the presidency. But if only the VP dies or removes, the president appoints and new VP who needs to be confirmed by both houses of congress. Until that happens, the office remains open.

        1. Sorry about that bad editing — if only the VP dies or *is removed,* the president appoints *a* new VP.

        2. Right.

The scenario would be (1) Kamala is out. (2) Hillary is appointed as VP. (3) Biden is out. (4) Hillary is president.

            1. Back room deal. She gets some appointment or something in exchange for resigning.

              1. What impetus would she have for doing such given there’s the “possibility” should could become president (if Biden passed away, resigned or decided not to run for a second term)? What position could be comparable to the presidency, given she ran for the job and the historic notoriety of her being the first female US president? It’s doubtful she would resign merely because the right doesn’t like her.

              2. It’s not just the right that doesn’t like her. And everybody has a price.

        3. That’s a minor point here. The Speaker is by default the next in line for the presidency after the VP until a new VP is chosen. And that does not necessarily happen immediately.

          1. It’s not a minor point because Nancy Pelosi would not be the VP under Crowhill’s scenario where you replace Harris *first* before Biden resigns. So Nancy Pelosi isn’t a factor in the scenario as given.

            1. Crowhill’s scenario is so lacking in sobriety that a host of unlikely scenarios easily come into the picture if we wish to play along with such a drunkard’s dream: Biden resigns because he, unlike his highly competent predecessor, is just not up to the task of being president. Harris gets bribed (by whom?) not to fill Biden’s shoes, leaving the Speaker of the House as the one to do so.

Strictly speaking, it is correct to say that she has not replaced the VP. But the important point here is that she could easily become president in the hypothetical world of Crowhill Gone Crazy. Of course another one would be that the Harris gets bribed not only to step down, but also to pick Marjorie Taylor Greene as the VP, who subsequently becomes president.

              1. Indeed, it’s a farcical set of circumstances being proposed. Yet, when you have the inclination to believe….

                Just sayin’ 🙂

              2. QUOTE: Of course another one would be that the Harris gets bribed not only to step down, but also to pick Marjorie Taylor Greene as the VP, who subsequently becomes president.

Wait…this opens a whole new world of possibilities.

Let’s see, Biden cuts a deal with the Republicans to resign upon agreeing that Harris will be installed as President and they will work with her to enact a truly bi-partisan agenda for the remainder of his current term. Meanwhile, the Republicans also work behind the scenes with a potential VP successor (that Kamala is duped into thinking is her supporter). Biden resigns, Kamala is installed as President and selects the Manchurian candidate as VP. The Manchurian VP immediately executes the 25th amendment. Harris is forced out of office and the Manchurian VP becomes President. The new Manchurian President selects Ron DeSantis as the new Vice President and then resigns (part of the deal because never really wanted to be president). DeSantis becomes the new President and selects Trump as the new VP (as a favor for endorsing him). Trump never satisfied to play second fiddle, hatches a plan with Putin to assassinate DeSantis and once completed ascends to the Presidency once more. Yet, this time, instead of selecting Pence as VP…he goes with fresh blood…Marjorie Taylor Greene. The country is saved and becomes “great again”!

              3. And 1/6 will be made a national holiday to be celebrated with unbridled patriotic jubilation in honor of Ashley Babbet while all those baby-eating Dems are thrown into the fiery lake!

  5. QUOTE: And everybody has a price.

That sounds like wishful thinking. It’s a minimal possibility given all the power, notoriety and potential financial gain that comes with her being president. She gains much more by staying in place.

That said, since everyone has a price…I’m wondering how much it would have taken to get Pence to go through with the alleged plan to stop the certification of the 2020 election.
