I’ve had a few interviews already about Krehbiel v. Brightkey, including the Feb. 9 edition of the Pro America Report podcast.
Today I’ll be on KZIM at about 9:45, and Chosen Generation Radio at about 10:30.
A public record of some of my thoughts. Feel free to comment, but don't expect me to respond.

I tried to listen, but unsuccessfully. I was 10-12 minutes late to first one and heard nothing. Assumed I had missed you after a few minutes.
Was early to second show, and after 12-15 minutes past the allotted time, gave up on that. I couldn’t stand the host there. Total RWNJ…”christian” in RWNJ clothes… Heard him say, “…all Democrats want is power…” I’m like, “dude, look in the mirror.” But, I digress.
Hope you win the lawsuit. I was disappointed that the law firm didn’t scrub some personal data from the first brief.
What is RWNJ?
Right wing nut job
I haven’t had a chance to listen yet but it looks like you can find the first one here.

Thanks. Did some googling and found: https://soundcloud.com/pseagles/greg-krehbiel-terry-pell-february-8-2022-proamericareport?utm_source=clipboard&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=social_sharing
I shared some graphic with Greg over the weekend with respect to racism…e.g. If you notice color, you’re a racist. And, if you don’t notice color, you’re a racist.
Last year or so, he was asking for examples of right wing cancel culture. There are a few, but not many. Then I realized today, that there is a right wing version of woke-ism. Saw a tweet from some guy in FL that said his wife was probably going to be fired for teaching Critical Race Theory. I’m thinking that’s the other side of woke-ism. “Robert E. Lee was a bad guy and whipped his slaves.” (fact) “You’re teaching critical race theory.” Many southern states are trying to enact anti-CRT laws. Now, I think CRT is bunk mostly, but not everything is CRT. If you teach about the Tulsa race riots, are you teaching CRT? I think not. Heck, my kid graduated from a Tulsa high school in 2010, and never got taught about the race riots. Some of the CRT accusations are like people saying, “you can’t teach about the Holocaust because that’s anti-German.”
In the same way, I think many accusations of racism are bunk, but I know racism still exists.
And it’s not just “conservatives” who are racists. Sometimes it’s liberals. It’s racist to say basically, “black people don’t have to score as high on this test and meet the same standard as whites” (because implied is blacks aren’t as smart and couldn’t do it on their own.)
There is a black/Indian headmistress in England, Katharin Birbal-Singh who has done wonders in inner city schools. She speaks a lot about the racism of low expectations. She doesn’t cut her kids any slack when it comes to behavior–and her students are nearly all BAME.
I’ve tried to make the point in all my interviews that I’m not interested in protecting conservative free speech. I want to protect all free speech. But I do make a few exceptions.
1. Different rules apply to public and private employees. E.g., there are legit limits on what cops and school teachers can say.
2. Employees can’t work for a solar panel company and then diss solar panels on their podcast.
3. You should be protected in what you say off the job, but employers can require you to keep your controversial opinions out of the workplace.

A similar dynamic to being considered “unqualified” when not having formal education but also “unqualified” despite having advanced degrees (assumed to be placed per Affirmative Action).

Indeed, despite having different targets, the same behavior exists amply on both sides of the political spectrum. The irony is both sides point fingers, as if they are not doing the same. Yet, when the dynamic is called out,“whataboutism”is typically used as diversion or defense.

It’s interesting how selective education can be. Aspects of “actual” history has been ignored or “filtered” relative to race (Trail of tears, “otherisim” in immigration practices/laws, Wilmington Insurrection of 1898, et. al.). Even what’s been taught about Columbus has been somewhat flawed. As well, both the left and right have attempted to ban books in schools. The interesting thing, when it’s the opponent doing so it’s considered “cancel culture” or “censorship” but when it’s their side it’s considered a crusade to save the youth.
What is the approximate start time for your piece on the podcast? I found the podcast but not you. You’re not mentioned in the summary. I hunt and pecked for soundbites, but I didn’t want to listen to the whole nonsense of that guy.
Were you only on live?
