The first I’ve heard of Brearley School

Dad who wrote scathing letter to Brearley about race focus: ‘Someone had to’

Kudos to the dad who wrote this.

But the truth is, we’re not asking for all that much. Other people have had to die to stand up to tyranny. Now, you will be called names, and you might lose your job.

Are you brave enough to do it?

The only way to stop this nonsense is to punch back and expose the lunacy.

  1. It is a private school. Why shouldn’t they have a right to indoctrinate? Roman Catholic schools have been doing so for ages. If you don’t want to send your children to such a school, you are free to send them somewhere else.

    1. Which is precisely what he’s doing — taking his kid out of the school because their form of indoctrination is loathsome and transparently racist. He’s also calling attention to the internal contradictions and intellectual bankruptcy of the woke, “anti-racist,” diversity nonsense.

      1. Is this the canard of “reverse racism”? If one were to list all the schools in the US that indoctrinated children with crap, both secular and religious, that would take more than a single life-time.

        1. Racism is racism. There is no forward or reverse.

Critical race theory and other nonsense being taught today is clearly and obviously racist.

Is your attitude that since all schools indoctrinate with crap, we should just let it go and pay no attention?

          1. Reverse racism is racism against whites. It is a well received term, especially among those who insist upon its existence. I think that it exists only on an individual level or in very small social pockets. It’s not going to take over society as depicted in the Turner Diaries. I wouldn’t send my kids to such a school, but I am not much concerned that such a school exists, because I doubt if it does very much harm in the long run.

          2. Yeah, to me, this is clearly racism–liberal racism.

African Americans can’t compete so we’ll lower standards. Shakespeare is too hard. African Americans feel stress, so we’ll create separate safe spaces for them.

Replace the “African American” part with the N-word and all of a sudden you have what every white supremacist has been saying about blacks and the need for segregation.

The English headmistress Katharin Birbal-Singh talks about this all the time…and she’s half Indian and half Jamaican.

            1. It’s no longer the soft bigotry of low expectations. It’s explicit now.

              1. Who says they don’t? You can’t assume something about a group because of what some self-appointed loudmouths say.

              2. Some do oppose it. They get shouted down. “Uncle Tom!” “Imperialist!” “Coloniast!”

Thomas Sowell here in US… Katharine Birbalsingh in the UK.

Miss Snuffy as goes her moniker says she has problems convincing libs that their policies aren’t racist, and problems convincing cons that any kind of racism or discrimination exists today.

              3. There are a few outliers, but most African-Americans in the media are liberals and that is reflected in the black vote. To me it sounds rather racist to say that they are so dumb that they don’t even know that they are supporting policies in stark contrast to the interests of their race.

              4. Well victimhood is the air we breathe and the water we drink. That’s what everything is about now–and it’s not just relegated to Dems because every night you can hear Tucker complain about he’s a victim…the guy that grew up with an inheritance and went to the best private schools money can buy.

I’m the descendant of Prussians and Poles who came to the US in the early 20th century and immigrated to a state that was always a free state–Michigan. They never had any power… they were farmers, bakers, butchers, and a few auto workers. I’m supposed to pay reparations to whom? Who did I victimize, let alone my ancestors? Neither I nor my ancestors ever owned any slaves or were cops or anyone in power.

It’s mostly about money and power and how to get it…and ratings.

Go hear Killer Mike or Charles Barkley speak. Bill Maher will have Killer Mike on, but most others won’t have him on unless they’re going to talk about a subject he might agree with them on.
