I find it amusing that the left likes to use the phrase “temper tantrum” to describe the strategy Republicans are using to force their political will, but it’s been Democrats who have been using words like “radical,” “anarchists,” “anarchy movement afoot,” “fanatics,” “extremists,” “taking hostage,” “irrational,” etc.
Who is throwing the temper tantrum?
According to the source of all wisdom, …
A tantrum or temper tantrum is an emotional outbreak, usually associated with children or those in emotional distress, that is typically characterized by stubbornness, crying, screaming, defiance, angry ranting, a resistance to attempts at pacification and, at some cases, hitting.
Hmm. Both sides are being stubborn, and both sides are resisting attempts at pacification, but I think the screaming and angry ranting is coming more from the left. That is, at least as far as Congressmen, Senators and their leaders, are concerned.
